Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:

ToneConcepts Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

  • We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.
  • We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
  • Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from ToneConcepts Inc. at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Our Shipping Policy

ToneConcepts Inc. ships to customers within Canada and the USA, and selected international markets.

In-Stock Items:

Orders for in-stock items, are shipped from Monday through Friday. Orders completed before 12:00 PM may ship same day. Otherwise, orders ship within 48 to 72 business hours.

Back-Ordered Items:

Back ordered are shipped within 2 – 4 weeks of your order. Please check our Stock Status weekly updates.

Built to Order Items:

Please check each product’s specific page for current quotes on built to order pedals.

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items are built to order in the sequence that they are received. Please check each product’s page for current build and delivery quotes on pre-order pedals.

Shipping Costs and Services:

Most orders to the USA and Canada will ship from Toronto, Canada, via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or XpressPost. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days.  ToneConcepts Inc. offers free shipping within USA and Canada on orders over $400 and during selected promotions. Please inquire.

Our Return Policy

At ToneConcepts Inc., we develop and distribute brands used by world class guitarists. We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. All of our products are extensively tour tested and artist approved prior to commercial release.

  • ICON Series and Limited Edition products do not have return policies but have a Lifetime Warranty.
  • We do not have a “try it and see if you like it” return policy on any of our products.  All of our products are tour tested and artist approved for up to one year prior to commercial release. We stand behind them.
  • If you need a “try it and see if you like it” return policy, please support one of our dealers.

Returning for Warranty Service:

  • If you need service or repair under warranty you may return it under the following conditions.
  • Please make sure you register your product within 14 days of purchase to ensure warranty assistance.
  • Please fill out a warranty support  form.

Return Authorization:

  • We will not accept and product returns without a proper Return Authorization Form.
  • ICON Series and Limited Edition products do not have return policies but have a Lifetime Warranty.
  • Please return the product in the original manufacturer’s product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories).
  • Please pack carefully. Do not simply attach a shipping label to manufacturer’s box. Please use a separate shipping box when packing your return.
  • For parcels shipped from the USA or Canada, please ship only by US Postal Service or Canada Post respectively. UPS and FedEx charge very high brokerage fees ($40-$60 per parcel) which will be deducted from the refund amount. We strongly recommend some sort of tracking or delivery confirmation and insurance. Doing so will help protect you from loss in case of a lost parcel.

Re-Stocking Fees:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition as shipped including all packaging, inserts, extras.
  • Products returned with proper authorization in original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Any products returned in an undesirable condition (damaged, blemished, scratched, nicked, or modified) will be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 25 percent (25%) of the original purchase price.
  • Original Shipping and/or Handling costs are not refunded.
  • ToneConcepts must receive the product within 30 days of the initial shipment date.

Returns are processed once a week, usually within 48 hours of receipt and assessment. Refunds, if applicable, will be only be issued to the Credit Card or Paypal account used to make the purchase. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to be reflected on your account after the refund has been processed.

Warranty Information:

The Distillery pedal carries a 5-year, non-transferable warranty that covers defects due to parts and labour and begins at the date of purchase. The Distillery has been Tour Tested and is Artist Approved for professional use on tour worldwide.

Please remember to register your product within 14 days of the purchase at the following web page. Registration is required should you ever need support.

Register Your Product

Power Requirements:

The pedal can be powered by a 9V battery or 9V DC regulated power supply, center pin negative, as supplied by most standard BossTM/IbanezTM/etc. supplies. To avoid damage to the pedal, do not exceed 9V DC.

Using an incorrect power adapter can lead to damage and will void the warranty on the pedal. Please use a professional quality power adapter for optimal performance and safety.

Return Authorization:

We will not accept and product returns without a proper Return Authorization Form. Please see our Return Policy for more details on properly processing warranty claim returns.

All of our brands are Hand Made and Limited Production.
